Escrow Technologies not only employs leading edge technologies, but we are also the actual developers of many of the best tools and processes utilized in the industry today. In the early 1980’s, determined to perfect what we saw as flaws or omissions in software then available in the marketplace, we wrote and developed our own escrow processing program. (Originally intended for our internal use only, it’s now in wide usage by other companies as well.) Ours was the most advanced escrow processing system – until we rebuilt it in the early 2000’s, improving it yet again to take advantage of the internet and newly developing digitizing tools. We have been a paperless operation since 2002 – every document is converted into a digital image, which allows us to keep you in the loop around the clock with advanced Email communication and Online status tracking.
Our staff, experience, tools and commitment have enabled us to advance and excel in the processing of escrows of all types, including Commercial and Residential real estate sales and refinances, and have given us specific advantages in the specialized REO and Short Sale markets.

Roger Hance – Owner/Founder
Roger is the Founder and President of Escrow Technologies Inc. He started in the real estate business in 1974 and has been a top producer and thought leader since. He has started and owned a large successful Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, and Escrow Company during that period of time. In addition to running businesses he is credited with being the innovator of many of the marketing and process systems used industry wide today. He was the first to bring computers to real estate brokerage and developed one of the first automated Escrow Systems. Today he is also consultant Real Estate Brokerage, Title, and Escrow Companies and has served on the Board of Directors for associations in both Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Brokerage.

As a Southern California native, Chereen started in escrow in 1985 and has remained an active part of the industry ever since. As Manager of our Northridge location, she takes pride in providing personalized service to our clients through hard work, care and attention to detail. Her extensive experience with Residential and Commercial sales, Short Sales, Trust, Probate transactions, 1031 Exchanges and Refinances all contribute to why she is a respected professional in her field. Terri Eden has been in the Escrow Industry since 1981. Terri has a wealth of knowledge and skills to handle many different transactions from residential resale, REO’s, commercial, short sales, refinances and 1031 exchanges. Her hard work and dedication has given her a well-respected reputation in Orange County. I believe communication and patience is key to have a successful transaction and being a problem solver as well. To make the transaction run without putting stress on any party is my goal. Terri Resides in Yorba Linda with her son Samuel. She enjoys any outside activity; working in my yard is one of them. Comedy Shows and concerts; and spending time with my family and friends.
